Clearly, we St. Petersburgers love our markets. Between the Saturday Morning Market, St. Pete Indie Market and Indie Night Market, Brocante’s Vintage Market, Brick Street Farms Saturday Market, Gulfport’s Tuesday Morning Market, Corey Avenue Sunday Market on St. Pete Beach… you get the idea, we’re crazy about ’em! There’s a new kid in town and they’re doing things a little differently, so look out! Introducing: Royal Palm Market.
The brainchild of Lauren and Matthew Segedin, Royal Palm Market‘s aim is to give new entrepreneurs the opportunity to establish themselves without the burden (read: $$$$) of renting a more permanent space. Held every Thursday evening at Cafe Intermezzo (1111 Central Avenue), over 30 vendors set up shop to showcase their goods and services, which range from food, art, and fashion, to fabrication, photography, design, and more!
Royal Palm Market is open year-round at 6 pm until vendors get sleepy and close up shop. Come on out and support your local entrepreneurs and take some some unique goods!
