Shipping & Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you (the Buyer) a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

Not all items are eligible for return to Rare Tempo. Please reference the breakdown of items below for return eligibility. For eligible returns, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Original works of art, defined as one-of-a-kind goods created by an artist represented under Rare Tempo’s brand, are not eligible for return except for in the case of goods that arrive damaged. Should artwork arrive damaged, please contact Rare Tempo immediately. Determination for replacement of equal value, refund, or repair will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Sale items, defined as any goods that are purchased while marked on “clearance”, flash sale, or at a lower percentage of the original retail price, may not be returned for refund, except in the case that it arrives damaged.

Merchandise and on demand art prints may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Rare Tempo uses the tracking information supplied by the shipper to determine receipt date.

Some additional goods are ineligible for return. Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable products such as ebooks. This list is subject to revision at any time.

 

REFUNDS

Once a return is received and inspected, Rare Tempo will send you an email notifying that the returned item was received, along with a determination of whether the return was approved or rejected for refund or exchange. If the return is approved, then a refund for the cost of goods will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, normally within 5 business days.

Please note: If you haven’t received a refund when expected, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@raretempo.com

 

SHIPPING

To return an item, mail it to: 1550 Larimer Street, Suite 885, Denver, CO, 80202, United States.

We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying return costs, including shipping and customs. In most cases, the buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return an item. If we conclude that the item was misrepresented (either in the photograph or in the description), important information about the item was not disclosed, or if the item was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the buyer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

If shipping an item over $75 for return, the buyer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rare Tempo cannot guarantee that a returned item will be received.

For packages lost in transit, the buyer must report a missing package within 30 days of the shipment date.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Rare Tempo only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same item, send an email to orders@raretempo.com and send the item to: 1550 Larimer Street, Suite 885, Denver, CO, 80202, United States.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
